Toki Japanese Fusion Fine Dining

Its wednesday night again , another date night for us! so my hubby asked me, what do you want to have for tonight? then I said, i don't know yet, then he asked , what about Chinese food for tonight? then I said oh no, not tonight, I am not in the mood for chinese food tonight, i don't want to pig out for a chinese food. Eating chinese food during date nights are off. chinese food is more on for group dinner thing for me.

So we decided to go to Toki the Japanese Fusion dining we missed out last week because I lost their number. I'm pretty sure we won't be disappointed because read lot of blogs about TOKI. So when we got their the building parking area is full, so we just parked across the street. parking is not hard, it was easy and just a short walk going to TOKI.

Toki is located on the 2nd floor, the same level as Aubergine. Just the look outside make me feel that they serve authentic Japanese food. So when we stepped inside Toki they have like several picture frames with the photos of the celebrities and some Government official who dined there. they have like around 4 walls full of picture frames of famous people.

the place is very cozy , lights are a little dim , floors and ceiling were made of wood planks , and they have like a teppanyaki area where the chefs prepare the food that will be served and also cook the orders there, you can also sit right there in front of the teppanyaki area and watch as they cook. I just love seeing Japanese restaurant with areas like this, it take out the japanese feel as a whole.

We were seated on a couch area that can seat around 4 people, so we asked for the menu and browse thru the menu , and we just can't wait and try out their food! the pictures looks so appetizing and will just let you order all of the above! so we started looking at the dishes with the thumbs up sign. So here are the food that we ordered...**

Spicy tuna - i super love this!!**If they can just make it a bigger size of bowl, just that is enough for my dinner
Tamago with eel in the middle, first time tried this!
and the latest sushi roll in the menu! got to try this guys... so yummy!!!
I just love foods with different kinds of mushrooms, so this is fish fillet with 3 kinds of mushroom Kimchi with slice beef... not so japanese, but also good enough
Seafood teppanyaki.....
yakisoba....
Overall ratings! 10!! they have really good food! price is reasonable , you get what you pay for.

Service is good as well.

Menu they have wonderful menu!! need to go back and try out their other sushi rolls too!!

and for the menu? wow they have different menu for lunch time , and not only that plus points they do deliveries too! bu they have another set of food for deliveries . Don't you just love it?

verdict: we will go back for more!!!!
